Mental Health Counseling/Psychotherapy

Counseling is a process of mutual communication whose purpose is to provide of helping a person or a group of people facing difficulties and problems and they cannot manage on their own. Its meaning is synonymous with the phrases I discuss, I decide together.

Counseling is usually a short-term process of discussion and collaboration between to the counselor and the counselee, which most often aims at dealing with specific crises that the person faces in their daily life and it works more soothingly, nurturingly and supportively.

The Counseling process aims to support the person psychologically in order to promote it his self awareness, to identify the obstacles that complicate his life and his personal ones strengths, to develop his abilities and skills to the fullest extent possible and to better understand what is happening to him, so that with the support of the counselor he can resolve them himself issues that concern him and ultimately to live a full and fulfilled life.
