Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is treatment through hypnosis. Hypnosis is the process duringwhich we relax slightly and focus on ourselves without being concerned about externals stimuli. Our eyes are closed but we are not asleep, so we do not lose control of it ourselves. The best explanation for the process of hypnosis is that we are in one situation very relaxed and we are receptive to the suggestions we hear. The therapist at collaboration with the patient decide the proposals-submissions to be introduced to hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy is often used in order to modify the dysfunctionalindividual's behavior and bring the solution to a perpetuating problem. Through her the conscious is bypassed and the subconscious is approached with new positive submissions that will relieve and will release the person from the difficulty. These new submissions they activate the person and help him bring change in his life.
